OpenAI hosts Cloud Native Hackathon Nov 9; hack turns M5Stack into a k8s desk pager
OpenAIDevs · x · 2026-10-30
The OpenAI Devs account amplified the Cloud Native Hackathon in Salt Lake City on November 9, co-hosted with Kelsey Hightower: $20,000 in cash prizes (top 4 projects get $5,000 each) plus OpenAI API credits for all participants.
The retweet also showcases a neat hack: wire an M5Stack to your cluster so it glows red when a pod crashes, then have Codex read the logs and open a fix PR — basically a desk pager for your k8s.
