DataTalks.Club and Nebius are launching Production AI Agents for Generative Media, a free, MIT-licensed, project-based course starting Nov 16, 2026 (apply by Nov 12).
Students build a "Personalized Media Factory": an agent that writes copy, generates image/voice/video assets, evaluates results, regenerates on failure, and scales from 1 to 1,000+ records with per-asset cost tracking, running on Nebius Serverless GPUs. Two datasets ship with the course: personalized Santa gift cards and ad creatives for a product catalog.
- Format: 4 modules over 5 weeks, 8–10 h/week, plus a capstone due Jan 15, 2027
- Curriculum: containers and GPU engineering for generative AI → agent loops with GPU tools → scaling, reliability and cost → evaluation and observability
- Audience: intermediate-to-advanced; ML/MLOps/backend engineers. Cohort admission is application-based; approved applicants get homework and peer review, others can audit the open materials.
