Corgi's $7B CEO caught DMing users to delete tweets despite free-speech branding

X user darbarling leaked iMessage screenshots showing Corgi CEO Nico Laqua texting mid-day demands to delete mocking tweets—despite publicly claiming he "believes strongly in freedom of expression."
The screenshots show Laqua calling parody posts about a Corgi bus meme "sexually harassing" and "defamatory," threatening "you'd be better off deleting them," while the recipient replies "I feel like you're overreacting." The drama escalated as Corgi's chief of staff Josh was also caught pressing for deletions, clashing with the CEO's public "thick skin, cancel culture" branding.
