Claude Code now reads AGENTS.md, with CLAUDE.md taking priority by default

Claude Code now reads AGENTS.md, but CLAUDE.md in your folder or above still takes priority by default, and CLAUDE.local.md personal prefs count too. To load both, set /config > project instructions > claude-md-and-agents-md.
