He put all global law into Git with Claude Code — and hit #1 on HN
SnooPeripherals5313 · reddit · 2026-10-30
The author built global-law (HF #1): making all world law semantic, versioned, attributable and agent-queryable under CC0. Each country gets its own Claude Code session that reads official sources, checks robots.txt, and scripts downloads of every law version into git history — one commit per change on its in-force date. Countries merge as git submodules with interleaved histories, and a Claude-written build script guarantees hash-identical independent builds. Nearly all code was written by Claude (Opus 5.5); the author set goals, sources and design decisions.
