Factory released Droid 1.0, claiming it's now the best harness for using top models. Terminal-Bench 4 results:
- GPT-6.1 SOL: Droid hits 57.6% pass rate at $0.79 per passed task, beating Codex (54.0%), OpenCode (51.0%), and Devin (45.0%).
- Opus 5.5: Droid leads with 65.2% at $4.73, ahead of Cursor (62.1%), OpenCode (62.1%), Devin (59.6%), and Claude Code (57.6%).
- Cursor is absent from the GPT-6.1 chart because it has no access to OpenAI models.
