TheMoonMidas · x · 2026-10-30
Rowan Cheung cites that only about 5% of ChatGPT users have a paid account, and draws an analogy: compare how many people use agents versus how many use email — agent penetration is likely just as tiny.
He adds that his AI newsletter has seen zero drop in open rates from promos for Muse, Grok Bot, Dots, etc., suggesting the mass market remains far from saturated and paid/deep adoption still has huge headroom.
