Baseten partners with Postman to serve enterprise agents for 40M developers
baseten · x · 2026-10-30
Inference platform Baseten announced a partnership with Postman, its recommended inference partner for enterprise agents. Postman has 40M+ developers and reaches 98% of the Fortune 500; its Agent Stack covers how agents reach your APIs.
Postman Agent Stack components:
- Passport: scoped credential references securing human and agent API access without exposing keys;
- Fabric: an AI-native gateway routing and governing AI/MCP/API traffic;
- Astropods: runtime, observability and guardrails for agents in production;
- Fern: generates docs, SDKs and CLIs so APIs are discoverable and callable.
The split: Postman builds and operates agent workflows, Baseten serves them with fast, cost-efficient inference.
