Scout24's CTO rebuilds org-wide agent workflows on Linear, from idea to merged PR

Scout24, a public German company founded in 1998 with 1,100 employees running ImmoScout24, is rebuilding how the whole org ships software: CTO Gertrud Kolb has agents carrying work from idea to code while people set direction. Linear stores the company's key context and passes it to different agents—including its own—connecting everything from the first customer conversation to a merged pull request, useful for engineers, PMs, and data scientists alike.
