Robot lab turns a technician's AMR repair into an AI-generated digital SOP
MatthewChang · x · 2026-10-29
Matthew Chang hosted Ramsay Brown demoing Mission Control in his robot lab: a 24-year-old technician replaced the braking system on a Teradyne/Mobile Industrial Robots AMR while AI glasses captured the work, auto-generating a digital SOP with video, transcript and PDF for training future hires ("digital Ethan"). Their SOC2-focused CIO was won over partly by the sovereign data architecture. Chang plans to deploy this with field technicians while building a factory, hand SOPs to customers as a replacement for legacy O&M manuals, and let local trade schools train operators on them.
