Jack & Jill, an AI recruiting assistant, published a ranking of the world's "most wanted startups" based on conversations with over 400,000 candidates in the last 90 days. Companies are ranked by distinct candidates who saved a role or expressed interest. Of the top 100: 49 are London-HQ'd, 28 San Francisco, 9 New York, 14 elsewhere. Frontier AI labs like Anthropic are excluded from the startup-only list.
