Open WebUI v0.12.5 adds per-session analytics and multi-page notes

Open WebUI v0.12.5 (released Oct 29) adds two notable features to the self-hosted AI interface supporting Ollama and the OpenAI API.
- Admin session analytics: a new Sessions tab lists chats with tokens, responses, errors, and time spans, filterable by search, model, token range, or sub-agent. Viewing saved replies and tool-call timing/outcomes requires enabling ENABLEADMINCHATACCESS.
- Multi-page notes: notes now support pages and subpages that can be added, renamed, reordered, moved, downloaded, linked, and deleted; search and the model work page by page, and you can see who else has a note open and jump to their working location.
