Florian Roth on ARTEX and Cairn: why AI-driven intrusions break framework signatures and attribution
cyb3rops · x · 2026-10-29
Nextron Systems' Florian Roth explains that detection rules for ARTEX (an open-source multi-agent autonomous pentest system) and Cairn (a general state-space search engine for offensive tasks) cover only implementation fingerprints, not the attacks these frameworks orchestrate. As more intrusion decisions are delegated to LLM-driven agents, attribution gets harder and fast, noisy attacks can still succeed. He expects these frameworks to have a much bigger impact in coming months as attack waves build into a flood.
