Matt Pocock fixes an agent bug 'with an adjective': fresh implementer subagent per ticket
mattpocockuk · x · 2026-10-29
Matt Pocock merged what he calls 'the most 2026 PR ever': his implement-spec workflow reused a previous implementer subagent across tickets and code-review fixes, carrying stale context forward. The fix adds the word 'fresh' at both spawn sites, so each ticket and review fix gets a brand-new implementer subagent in its own worktree and branch — a one-file change that nails a key lesson in multi-agent orchestration.
