Replika founder: chat permissions will be the default for all agentic chat products

Eugenia Kuyda argues her team created now-common AI chat design primitives (chat suggestions, AI memory), and with her new product Wabi she's defining primitives for the "AI operating system." Wabi's chat permissions let users control what the AI can access per conversation — location for recommendations, calendar for scheduling, memory for relevance — which she predicts will become the default across all agentic chat products.
