Dev uses Claude to turn clunky old patent drawings into an interactive browsing site
jwt0625 · x · 2026-10-29
Developer jwt0625 found old patents painful to read—beautiful drawings trapped in horrible layouts—so he had Claude trace his favorite vintage patent figures and built Interactive Patents, a site with a figure gallery, per-patent pages for figures, text and claims, plus light/dark themes. Readers can nominate patents to add, with expired ones preferred.
