My MCP Server Runs 100% of My SaaS, Yet I Still Open the UI Daily

A technical founder of a B2B outbound SaaS shares that months ago he shipped a full MCP server: everything doable in the app (build an audience, launch a campaign, read reports, check CRM sync) can be done from Claude or any MCP client, and some users do run it that way.
Yet he still returns to the GUI daily: during real work he wants to see the list, filters, sequence and what's about to go out. Typing "launch the campaign for the new audience" and getting a confirmation feels like driving blind, faster but untrustworthy when you can't see it.
He asks whether this is a personal habit or a product issue: is MCP the future of SaaS interaction, or a great feature for script-everything users while the UI stays the main product for everyone else? He invites people who shipped or used a real product-level MCP to share day-to-day usage.
