Code ownership in the AI era: you land it, you own it, bot approvals never count as human ones

From Addy Osmani's thread: some argue nobody owns the code anymore — wrong. You land it, you own it. A bot approval never counts as a human one, and an agent's PR is signed by whoever ran the agent.
The change sets the review intensity, not the author: a typo fix and an auto-updater get different levels of review.
