Sébastien Dubois's guide offers a 30-day findability makeover: fix only what you search for, score 20 real queries on day 3 and day 28, and tackle one layer per week (noise, names/aliases, types/tags, links/maps) in 15 minutes daily. Imported notes go in their own folder with original dates preserved. An AI agent can propose titles, tags and links in bulk — on a git branch, in small batches, never deleting.
