Anthropic launches ready-made legal artifacts for contract review, cite checks in Claude
claudeai · x · 2026-10-28
Anthropic introduced a gallery of ready-to-use artifacts for Claude for Legal, targeting the most-requested legal workflows: contract review, regulatory horizon scans, and cite checks.
- Each artifact opens with a built-in example; lawyers add their own documents and connectors, then share across the business, with every output linked to its source
- Cite check flags mismatched quotes, wrong page numbers, and unsupported claims by comparing documents against sources
- A jurisdiction survey matrix compares legal topics (e.g., data breach notice rules) across states or countries in one linked table
- Anthropic is also funding public-interest access-to-justice artifacts and launching a Legal Ambassadors Program
