Hypomnema: local SQLite memory for coding agents across sessions
BetriumAlpha · reddit · 2026-10-28
Tired of AI coding agents forgetting context between sessions, a developer open-sourced Hypomnema: it stores session transcripts locally in SQLite and lets agents look up past conversations via a CLI. Built entirely with Python's standard library with zero external dependencies, and demonstrated with an agent fetching the repo, reading the README, and grepping its own skills directory.
