EverOS Cloud hands-on: persistent memory lets Claude recall shop policies across new chats
Aiden_Tech_Ai · x · 2026-10-29
A hands-on test of EverOS Cloud by evermind, a persistent-memory tool for Claude, using a small online clothing shop as a real use case:
- Chat 1: The author saved an exchange policy (free exchange for wrong sizes, shop covers courier cost, correct size ships within 3 days) to EverOS memory.
- Chat 2: In a brand-new conversation, asking Claude how to reply to a customer who ordered M but received XL — the model retrieved the saved policy and drafted a compliant response.
- Bonus: Claude even spotted a gap: the policy didn't specify how the wrong item gets returned.
EverOS records agent runs as Cases and distills recurring experience into reusable Skills, and can pull in info from documents and emails.
