mitsuhiko explains why Pi's classify() only makes sense via codemode with a custom harness

Armin Ronacher (mitsuhiko) replied to manojlds asking why models.classify() and models.generateImages() in Pi are only reachable from codemode rather than exposed as regular tools.
- classify mostly only makes sense when wired up with a custom harness, which codemode enables — letting scripts call it in loops without a model turn per call; without that it's "quite pointless."
- generateimage is more debatable, but he sees no real benefit to exposing it as a tool either.
The takeaway is a design stance: prefer programmable model access from code over raw agent tools, saving a model turn on every invocation.
