One month building a co-op vet game with Claude, Unity, Blender and Meshy
PixelPawsInt · reddit · 2026-10-28
A solo dev shares a month building Trauma Room, a 1–4 player co-op veterinary game, using Claude with Unity, Blender, and the Meshy API, and releases the first trailer. Claude breaks features into implementation steps, writes and revises code, and helps debug via an iterative loop: describe intent, implement, test in Unity, feed errors/screenshots back, revise. A key heuristic is deciding whether a problem belongs in code, the model, or the animation — awkward object grips may need asset/pose tweaks rather than more logic. Meshy generates assets, Blender refines them, Unity assembles and tests.
