fastconstmap 0.11.0 adds free-threaded Python support at ~9 bytes per key

Daniel Lemire released fastconstmap 0.11.0 with support for free-threaded Python (3.13t/3.14t).
- An immutable string→int64 map built on binary fuse filters, using 9 bytes per key (18 with missing-key detection)
- Lookups cost one xxhash plus three array reads; a batched API is even faster
- Immutability means lock-free lookups; the extension declares no GIL needed, so threads query in parallel on free-threaded interpreters
- Interoperable with the Go and Rust versions; massively less memory than alternatives
