Amp's dev culture: prototype with prompts first, ship only what survives

Amp shares its product development philosophy: at a traditional company an idea flows designer → Figma → PM → engineer before anyone asks "is this worth the effort?" At Amp, someone tries it first with a prompt and asks "should we ship this?" If the answer is no, it was just a prompt, not two weeks of work.
