Google open-sourced Elephant-Goldfish Model (3.6k stars on GitHub), a set of open-source skills for designing and reviewing software with AI agents. The workflow: one AI writes a design spec, then a group of context-free AI reviewers poke holes in it before any code is written — preventing errors from compounding. Ships as plugins for Claude Code, Codex and Gemini under Apache-2.0.
