Economist Bharat Chandar named Research Director for AI Economics at DigEconLab

Bharat Chandar announced he is now Research Director for AI Economics and Policy at DigEconLab, where he will lead the lab's AI Economic Indicators, and has also joined GovAIOrg as a Research Fellow. Erik Brynjolfsson welcomed the appointment, noting continued collaboration. Chandar co-authored influential work on AI's impact on the labor market.
