Developer thdxr pushes back on AI compute demand narratives: OpenRouter, the most successful model router, could serve nearly 100% of its DeepSeek traffic yesterday on a single GB300 rack. He estimates that traffic is worth about $6-7M in compute — and even if there's 10x hidden demand, it's still under $100M of compute.
