Stas Bekman previews theoretical FLOPS and memory specs of upcoming accelerators from his ml-engineering repo: AMD MI455X hits 5000 TFLOPS bf16 and 432GB HBM4 at 23.3 TB/s, NVIDIA Rubin SXM 4000 bf16 / 288GB HBM4 at 19.2 TB/s, Huawei Ascend 950DT 486 bf16 / 96GB at 4 TB/s, and Intel GPU D270 with 480GB LPDDR5X. Huawei availability in North America remains unclear.
