作者介绍新发布的 figwig 数据格式及其配套工具链：除格式本身外，还附带快速的命令行工具（bigwig↔figwig 转换、含细胞条形码的 fragment 文件转 figwig 等）。
- 支持类似 bigwig 的 zoom，任意数据类型均可，前两个维度上都可以稀疏存储，不同任务/数据可各取所需。
- 针对单细胞/单分子数据，可基于聚类提取 pseudobulk。
- 值得注意的是它还内置一个 agentic skill，帮助 AI 编码代理理解并高效操作这一文件格式——把「教 agent 用格式」作为发布物的一部分。
