paraschopra · x · 2026-10-27
Jyotiska, engineering lead at HackerRank building agentic IDEs and a two-time founder (one startup acquired by Philips), will build Chorus during the lossfunk Batch 9 residency: a platform to study how AI agent swarms interact and coordinate on short and long-running tasks. He'll investigate how traits, personalities and roles shape disagreement and consensus, how agents respond to adversarial pressure and conflicting goals, and how reward/penalty systems and AI or human judges change collaborative behavior. Learnings will be posted on his blog.
