Power user plans full trip with AI agents: great at rebooking, terrible at audit trails

A self-described "0.001% unicorn user" planned a family trip end-to-end with Muse, Instinct, Dot and GrokBot. Wins: fan-out search saved huge time; personalization improved via memory; Muse's container-based trip UX felt most natural; and when a last-minute emergency forced a rebooking, agents computed cancellation costs and negotiated with airline support in parallel — after the user spent an hour on hold themselves. Failures: the baby's ticket got dropped entirely on the rebooked flight and double-booked on the return, with no way to tell whether human or agent erred; post-trip feedback doesn't flow back to agents; in-trip usage was too slow. Verdict: agents excel at time-sensitive delegation, but audit trails and feedback loops are the big gaps.
