Renoise MCP Lets Codex and Claude Cut Promo Videos With 30 Built-in AI Models
vista8 · x · 2026-10-27
- Renoise MCP is a new tool that turns AI agents into video producers: point it at a GitHub repo or a live website and it generates promo videos.
- It bundles 30 top video, image and audio models (Seedance, Kling, MiniMax H3, Wan 3, GPT Image, Midjourney), so no per-vendor API setup is needed; generating video via pure code costs zero credits.
- Unlike generation-only MCP servers, Renoise loads director/storyboard/model-choice workflows into the chat and completes post-production: cuts, captions, titles, music, delivered from its cloud workspace.
- You can reuse assets from your Renoise library, and any result can be saved as an asset for the next generation (e.g. an image as a video's first frame).
- Cloud editing works in Claude and other MCP apps (not ChatGPT); a local plugin installs workflows and a CLI. One-click connect, no API key, billed via Renoise credits.
