Dev mod makes GitHub Copilot speak its replies via Microsoft's MAI-Voice-2-Flash

A developer shared a small mod for the GHCP (GitHub Copilot) app that makes the end of messages spoken aloud.
The implementation is simple: a script looks for a #voice link marker in the message, changes the text color, then sends the text to Microsoft Foundry's MAI-Voice-2-Flash for speech synthesis. To use it, you just wrap the spoken part as This part will be spoken.
