Crosby launches paralegal agents that handle legal tasks in seconds via Slack
emilyzsh · x · 2026-10-27
Legal-tech firm Crosby has gone live (in beta) with paralegal agents: clients interact via Slack and agents complete paralegal-level tasks in seconds. As LLMs still err, it operates as a licensed law firm after months of refining personality, guardrails and abilities, with weekly feature updates planned. Co-founder emilyzsh frames Crosby as a 'secret third thing' — not an interface-layer product nor just a service firm — where agents orchestrate humans and humans orchestrate agents.
