Remiqora Video: open-source local studio turns one idea into 4K chained AI videos

The author released Remiqora Video v0.1.0, a GPL-3.0 local video studio for Windows (16GB RTX) that orchestrates open models rather than being a new model, targeting the pain of stitching 5-15s clips into 1-2 minute films.
Key capabilities:
- Writer & chains: a local LLM (Gemma 4 E4B via llama.cpp) splits ideas into scenes in each model's prompt format, keeping hero descriptions consistent; continuations start from the previous scene's last frame
- Models: MiniMax H3 (Ref2VA face from photos), LTX 2.5/2.3, WAN 2.2 5B, Krea 2 — using ComfyUI core as a library, no server; supports your own LoRAs/quants
- Music videos: scenes cut on song bars, characters lip-sync
- Caching: scenes cached by everything defining them; edits re-shoot only affected scenes
- Two-stage automated checks: pre-shoot prompt/scene validation with one auto-rewrite; 1s post-shoot checks (black frames, freeze, jumps, face mismatch, "not singing") with one re-roll on another seed, both takes kept
- Finishing: timeline with beat magnet and LUTs, FCPXML export for DaVinci Resolve, up to 4K/HDR10/48fps via RIFE, node graph with 16 templates
Limits: Windows 11 + NVIDIA 16GB VRAM only; 53GB minimum weights.
