Anthropic's hotly anticipated S-1 IPO prospectus is public, revealing:
- Revenue: $16.3 billion for the first six months of 2026, roughly 13.5x the $1.2 billion from the same period a year earlier.
- Net loss: $80.7 billion for the six months through June 2026 — among the largest half-year losses ever recorded by any company.
- Composition: about $72.4 billion of that stems from an accounting charge tied to stock-based costs, not pure cash burn.
The filing gives investors their first detailed look at the Claude maker's finances: explosive growth paired with a massive paper loss.
