Making a playable web 3D game with text: PINOC turns one sketch into rigged characters

The author built a playable web 3D game, 《星芽旅行记》, using Viggle's PINOC product (built on the new JST-2 world model), showing how text-driven generation removes the art/animation bottleneck for solo devs:
- 2D sketch to rigged 3D character: one concept image yields a fully rigged character (48k Gaussian points, 1.3MB file), skipping modeling, topology, texturing and skinning.
- Animations by prompt: describing a move (e.g. "climbing a vine hand over hand") returns a 4-second standard skeletal animation exportable as GLB; a dozen actions were mostly generated this way, sharing one bone spec, plus a free motion library.
- Cost: characters, scenes and a dozen animations consumed only 100 credits, far cheaper than mocap or outsourcing.
