Microsoft open-sourced Agensh (MIT license), a self-organized multiagent harness that scales to 1,024 agents without a central orchestrator. Agents discover and claim sub-tasks, share findings, verify results, and merge progress asynchronously, connected via a shared workspace, message interface, and shared context. The release includes the harness, experiment launch scripts, a reproduction guide, and an arXiv preprint.
