Anthropic's The Anthropic Institute (TAI) is hiring a Tabletop Exercise Lead in San Francisco. TAI houses teams including the Frontier Red Team (stress-testing catastrophic risks), Societal Impacts, Economic Research, and a Rule of Law team, aiming to reduce information asymmetries between Anthropic and the outside world.
The hire will build and lead the Institute's tabletop exercise program: set the research agenda based on capability trends, decide which scenarios and audiences to test, own methods that make results comparable across runs, hire a team and facilitator bench, and serve as the program's public voice.
