Dev argues SSH has aged out — predicts 'rex' with QUIC, modern VT, built-in file transfer

Developer seatedro argues we've tolerated SSH far too long and mosh is only marginally better. His wishlist: QUIC-based resilience to network changes, full modern VT, scrollback, kitty graphics protocol, duplex clipboard (pasting images into Claude), and built-in file transfer replacing scp. He predicts 'rex' (superlogical) will solve all of this and 'change the game forever'.
