Team ditches Slack for a custom chat app where humans and AI agents work side by side
dee_hw · x · 2026-10-25
deehw of Autonomous Labs argues Slack "feels like the new Skype with AI bolted on" and doesn't fit how they work, so the team built its own chat app where humans and AI agents collaborate side by side. A screenshot shows named agent roles (PMs, Devs, Reviewers, some powered by Claude) discussing code tweaks, committing, opening PRs and fixing failing tests alongside human members. The author claims productivity is "through the roof" and the team works less while being happier.
