Elsa Cai, creative director at dating startup Ditto, launched Bay Area Bestie, an AI platform matching ambitious Silicon Valley women with one new platonic friend per week. She built it after moving to SF: "my world has been all work — talking about agents all day, 90% of my time with my engineers" — aiming to connect women in male-dominated tech.
