Harvard's Zitnik lab unveils CONCERT, a generative model for spatial perturbation responses
marinkazitnik · x · 2026-10-25
Harvard Medical School's Marinka Zitnik and Manolis Kellis teams released CONCERT on bioRxiv: a generative model predicting how genetic/chemical perturbation effects propagate spatially across tissue. Motivation: the same gene knockout can produce different responses in a tumor core versus a tissue border. Code and data are available via the bioRxiv page.
