SwarmOS turns GitHub Issues into contracts that coding agents claim and ship as draft PRs

A developer released SwarmOS, an open-source serverless, contract-driven multi-agent orchestration layer native to GitHub Issues and Git worktrees, supporting Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and OhMyPi.
Each GitHub Issue becomes a "contract" that any coding agent can claim, plan, and ship as a Draft PR — Git itself acts as the coordinator, with no middleware to run. The author says he's dogfooding it and it's getting stable, inviting anyone with repos that could benefit from a GitHub-only orchestration layer to try it.
