NVIDIA publishes benchmarks where its own model loses: Tau2 55.1 vs Qwen 3.5 4B's 75.1

NVIDIA's release page for its Bolt edge model unusually includes a table where its own model loses: Tau2-Bench 55.1 vs Qwen 3.5 4B at 75.1, and RULER 64K at 87.0 vs 95.1. Bolt's clear win is knowing when to call a tool — 63.4 vs 37.8.
The author's read: Bolt is a front end/tool-caller, not a planner. The release page also includes full Jetson/RTX speed tables, the model card, and GGUF weights.
