Developer blasts npm for 429-throttling him after 5 passkey entries, delaying release

Developer samgoodwin89 says npm blocked his package release with 429 rate limits because his trusted publishing config had "expired." After entering his passkey five times, he got throttled again, calling npm's idea of security "making the product unusable." The next release of alchemyrun is delayed until he's unblocked.
