Vercel Agent investigates deployments read-only, then asks for permissions before fixing
kmiddleton14 · x · 2026-10-23
Vercel explains its agent permission design: "fix this deployment" shouldn't mean "here are the keys to everything." The agent investigates incidents with read-only access, then proposes a fix plan, with the permissions needed for the actual fix granted separately — a concrete application of least-privilege to agent engineering.
