Boba launches as a 'social intelligence' agent powered by Ampersand model
gharik · x · 2026-10-23
The humansand team launched Boba, a 'social intelligence' agent that understands your goals and community, reachable via text message or web chat.
Boba is powered by Ampersand, the team's own model trained by practicing over millions of simulated days and interacting with thousands of simulated people, which the team says teaches it to navigate goals, disagreements, and changing plans.
The launch is framed around the belief that 'people change the world together.'
